Symposium 2026 – The Experimental Museum
Very happy to have been invited to contribute to the symposium “The Experimental Museum” where I will share insights from my research and practical experience in rethinking the museum as a space for experimentation, memory and storytelling.
I will be discussing projects including the Erich Kästner Museum, the “Betonzeitschiene” Plattenbau Museum, Kurt Vonnegut’s Slaughterhouse-Five Memorial Wall, and the Ehrenhain Zeithain War Memorial.
Each project explores different ways in which architecture, art and history can come together to create new experiences of memory and place.
